Shant Andonian is known for his commitment to client service, his team members, and the growth of the Firm. He uses his extensive industry knowledge to bring value to his clients and focuses on caring for and responding to their needs. He is passionate about keeping up to date with new planning ideas that help his clients, as well as planning for the future of the Firm. Shant is known for learning every detail of a client’s business, possessing extensive industry knowledge and being responsive and available. He specializes in the areas of taxation and tax savings opportunities. He provides consulting, tax planning and compliance work to both individuals and closely held business entities. Shant’s time is focused on working with clients to help implement useful planning strategies that will aid in furthering their business. Before co-founding Andonian & Ghazarian LLP in 2021, Shant spent 10 years at Henry + Horne (Arizona’s largest locally owned firm) and Rose, Snyder & Jacobs LLP in the San Fernando Valley performing tax and consulting services for individuals and a variety of small to mid-sized businesses. Prior to working in public accounting, Shant owned and operated franchise gas stations and convenience stores throughout southern California, Nevada & Arizona. Outside of work, you can find Shant watching sports and spending time with his wife and three daughters. Shant grew up in Los Angeles, California where he still resides today with his wife and three daughters.

meet karine ghazarian
Karine Ghazarian is known for her commitment to client service, her staff, and the growth of her book of business. She uses her far reaching industry knowledge to bring value to his clients and focuses on caring for and responding to their needs. By keeping the client numbers manageable and the staff involved, it allows her to be more involved with the clients growth and better advise them in their financial endeavors. Ms. Ghazarian double majored in California State University, Northridge and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance along with her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy in 2002, she then continued and received the MBA from Northwesters a few years later. Karine Ghazarian uses her far reaching industry knowledge to bring value to her clients and focuses on responding to their needs. She started her career in forensic accounting at Cohen Miskei & Mowrey, LLP, which led her into business management and Fortune 500 companies. Her skills have allowed her to work alongside some of the biggest bands, musicians and on-camera talent. She’s well versed in handling complicated federal, state and local tax audits. Karine has worked as a corporate controller and executive in many production and Hollywood network entities, prior to founding Andonian & Ghazarian LLP. Karine is a local Californian, having grown up in Southern California. When not working, she can be found spending time and hanging out with her daughter and their favorite spot in Disneyland.
